新的异型弹簧钢成形工艺

根据温塑性变形和感应快速加热的原理 ,对异型弹簧钢成形工艺进行研试 ,结果表明中频快速加热中温轧制的新工艺能有效解决异型弹簧钢成形过程中的表面脱碳和游离石墨碳析出的难点。问题的引出弹簧钢生产的技术关键是防止表面脱碳和游离石墨碳析出。表面脱碳后 ,使表层强度降低 ,对长期反复载荷的抗力也降低 ,容易产生疲劳裂纹 ,直至疲劳断裂。脱碳层越深 ,疲劳损坏发生越快。游离石墨碳析出在弹簧中更是不允许存在 ,将导致材料在使用中发生脆性破坏。A NEW SHAPING TECHNIQUE FOR SHAPE SPRING STEEL BAR The shaping technology for shape spring steel bar was investigated according to the principle of plastic deformation at intermediate temperature and flash induction heating.It showed that some technical problems in the course of forming shape spring steel bar could be resolved by the rolling process at intermediate temperature with median frequency heating.
